The Directorate of Corporate Affairs has partnered with the Training Centre in Communication(TCC Africa),  the first African-based training centre to teach effective communication skills to scientists for a HYBRID training on Science Communication and Communicating to Non-Scientists on Thursday, 18th April, 2024 at 9.00 am.

Physical attendance: Room 1002 on 10th Floor, UON Towers

The training will offer hands-on exercise and practical insights on enhancing communication skills beyond academia. Key topics to be covered are:

• Master communicating complex research outputs to non-scientific audiences
• Tailored sessions for researchers targeting communication offices
• Effective oral presentations, web tools, engaging with policy makers media and communication office engagement, and more
